i looked for the 09 ASE uncirculated at the mint site with no luck. so i stoped at local coin shope yo day and they had them so i picked some up. they also said that there was a limit on how many you could buy. so for you all that have been wondering about the 2009 ASE they are there.
Vrick, I am far from a expert on this, but if I am not mistaken, there are actually two versions of the Uncirculated ASE's. You have the what the mint calls the bullion version which you can only get from a dealer and are not available from the Mints Web site. They also have the Burnished version which they also call a Uncirculated but again this has a different finish (Burnished), and this one you can purchase from the Mint's web site. And then of course you have the Proof version of the ASE I am sure if I am wrong about this, some who knows will let you know. Dave
You are right Dave. The one that you have wvrick is the bullion with no mint mark. The uncirculated that is purchased from the mint will have a "W" mintmark and so will the proof version.
