  1. Im looking for the 1999-2008 State Quarters Proof Set (1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008). Does anyone have these proof sets that they are willing to sell at a fair price?

What about APMEX? (Google it, I don't know if giving the link is ok here, they are a dot com.)
Do you want just the quarters or the entire proof set? The have the 5 pc quarter clad proof sets at less than $10 each, most years except 1999. (Some maybe a bit more, like the 99 or 2001) You do have to pay shipping but if ordered all at once it's less than ordering one at a time. :)

They also have P&D mint sets and silver proof sets. Personally I would not buy from any tv show or Littleton.
Ebay, well, you MUST know what you're doing to deal on there. :kewl:

APMEX is rather reliable, at least they have been for me but I only buy bullion from them, like silver eagles, maple leafs and libertads. There's a phone number on their site, you can also call them.

You seem very new to coin collecting (I've read quite a few of your recent posts) so my advise is buy the book before buying the coins. Your very first book should be "A guide to United States Coins by R.S. Yeoman" commonly called the "Redbook". You can get the 2009 edition for around $10 (more or less) plus shipping or go to your local coin store and buy one. This will give you an opportunity to study coins but don't be taken in by the prices they put in the books, they are mostly too high of a number.

By the way, I see you are a young numismatist. Please study first, then procede with caution. Join a nice coin club in your area and you'll get to be among older more experienced people than yourself that can try to help guide you along your way. When you feel a bit more experienced in your coin knowledge, then go at it slowly but surely. Also, coming here to this forum and asking questions is a great start too! Hope this helps.

I would suggest contacting the guys at moderncoinmart. They're easy to find on the web if you google.

They are U.S. Mint proof sets, so yes, I believe they do. As I said, there is a phone number on their web site, a quick call will definitely answer your question.
