Where can I find a 1909-S cent?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a 1909-S cheap. I have all of the other Lincolns (yes, even 1914-D) but I need the 1909 S. Where could I find a worn, and perhaps damaged coin at a low price? Thanks.Just post a link to a cheap one, if you can find it. THANK YOU!

Also Moderators, this is not an offer to buy because it is not asking the members directly, just asking for a link to a website.

How cheap are we talking about? Better question, what is your price cap?

I didn't pull up the auctions listed above. However since May 1, 2008 there have been at least twelve VG8-F12 PCGS rated 09S Lincolns that have sold for between 90-125. Works out to about one every three weeks. Also, you might check Mesa Coins listed on the header of this website.

I've bid on the ANACS example. Please do not outbid me.

I would really like to thank all of you for helping me, but especially handsometoad for the plethora of links. The cleaned ANACS specimen caught my eye, and with a bit of luck will be mine in 18 hours! THANK YOU!

My local dealer has one better than all those an EF for about $150. Most of those coins looked pretty funky. I would check out MESA coins on this site as well. He has only ice attractive examples. I haven't got any yet from him but will soon.

I agree with Speedy. You would be MUCH better off with a problem free coin even if the details have more wear.

That is a great idea. I just checked his website and he has a number of 1909-S Lincoln's. Here is one that is below $130 and is an excellent problem free example.
