    I believe you're referring to @Julius Germanicus. I believe his most recent builds were the Porta Nigra in Trier and various triumphal arches.

    Right! His version of the Porta Nigra, with the historical context he included, was very enlightening ...I'd always thought that all of what was left was 4th century.

    The new Lego kit would be about half the size of my self-designed Colosseum:
