I had purchased a lot of 5 1932 Washington quarters and all look good except this one. It looks as if it was burned or something in those lines.. is there a safe way to remove these marks without damaging the coins or reduce the spots to make smaller?

Thank you in advance! 76FB28A2-E5B4-4D4B-944E-BF60D453A8FA.jpeg A5017816-B975-455C-B559-65159EFC96C8.jpeg

It looks like oxidised silver. Unless it's a scarce year - it might not even be worth doing anything... Give acetone bath a shot but I think it's unlikely to do much difference.

Yea I wasn’t to sure about it being burned or oxidization.. I’ll try that when I get home!
