Hey guys, I recently came across this while going through some rolls of pennies and I am unsure on what I have found. I'm not sure if it is a strikethrough of some kind or something else. It almost looks like it is an outline of the memorial from the reverse but on the obverse. I know that error has happened with pennies before, but I do not know what it is called. Does anyone know what is going on with this coin and could explain it? if so, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank You!
