The listing was helpful. He listed the last 4 numbers of the Cert as 4785 in the Description box but that is clearly not the last 4 on the one in the pic. He used a stock photo, which is not allowed on coins and is clearly a violation of the Coin & Stamp Policy. My guess it they are more ignorant than deceptive but you should let them know that the coin being sold must be the one pictured, even if it's slabbed. ;)

I know the user Isaiah. In fact him and I are related, and have very similar views on coinage, and I would appreciate it if you would not critisize him like this. Thanks.

I think the feedback left on the transaction sums things up pretty well. Odd behavior by seller.

I liken this to country eggs. Anyone who's never had true country eggs for breakfast, can easily have the words "Country Eggs" on a menu at their restaurant, when they are just brown eggs bought at the grocery store and when a real country boy orders them up, takes one mouthful, and spits them out and says, "They's ain't no country eggs! I ain't paying for them" and walks out the door, with the cashier chasing him trying to get him to pay for his breakfast.

When someone sells coins, they need to have a better understanding of what they are selling. You can't take a pic of one coin, to use to sell another coin. That just doesn't cut it for the serious collector. ;)

    Ps: I'm a country toad. ;) I love country eggs! :D
