I have this Note that's In VF condition . It has a slight center fold and slight wave . Margins are good with no smears, tears, fears or holes . Where can I get a good Value for this .
It looks like a pretty solid note. In my opinion, $50 to $70 would seem quite reasonable based on sold eBay listings. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1934-Twenty-Dollar-Bill-Star-Note-Great-Condition-/224166540098?hash=item34315df342:g:ve0AAOSwR09fakF~&LH_Auction=1&LH_BIN=1&nma=true&si=pLDvoA3KCTELWyF4AQQotWjYls4%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1934-20-STAR-Federal-Reserve-Note-circulated-Serial-C00318519/264838013432?hash=item3da99361f8:g:dSUAAOSwgINfPZRx&LH_Auction=1&LH_BIN=1
Not seeing any fear, but my eyes are old. LOL Just kidding of course. Being a 1934 and star note, I would think you could get a nice premium on eBay for it.
I like everything about this note especially being a *STAR*, however the condition is rough, top boarder is very rough and there seems to be little missing chunks as well, heavy soiling on rear boarders doesn't help either. Also if you looked at the one that sold for $66, I would have to argue on the header ( Great Condition ) its far from and someone definitely paid to much, I would put a realistic value of $45 may seem on the low side but I am always a bit Leary about buying notes that are not 100 % complete, problem notes can be very difficult to resale when that time comes.
