My wife bought a whole slew of goodies for tonite. I snuck into the stash, before work and stole all the "caramilk bars" over 100. I can eat them while blowing leaves all day:D

In New York, there were hardly any trick-or-treaters because of the pandemic. Had you been patient, you could have had all the caramilk bars you wanted without incurring the wrath of your poor, long-suffering wife.

I suspect his wife purchased the Caramilk bars knowing full well what would happen to them. My wife always buys a good amount of candy for Halloween knowing we will have candy left over. She buys the kinds of candy I like knowing there will be extra.

No trick or treaters at my house. I did set out a pumpkin wearing a mask as a joke, along with a bowl of various candies, but there were no takers.

I am currently hunkered down in upstate New York due to COVID, but usually, on Long Island, we get a few. This year, not even a drop, the dentists must be happy. I haven't had a caramilk bar yet. Might try that the next time I am in Canada...

Going to the store to pick up a Caramilk bar right now. I'm bodybuilding on a fixed diet, but on Sunday's I have a treat meal. Looks like it's a Caramilk today!

I bought a bag of Kit Kats & Reese's Cups to hand out & no one rang the doorbell :(. We're having a resurgence of Covid-19 in upstate NY that must have kept the kids at home. After 8:00 pm I heated-up a frozen pizza & gorged myself :p.

We put bags of tiny Hershey bars on a stool. All 40 of the bags slowly disappeared. We had Pizza Hut take out. There was a big croud there. I liked this candy delivery system. cansy shoot.jpg

We normally get a slew of children but not this year, a total of 7. Parents were being cautious and that was great. Way better to be safe than sorry...

I put out Reese's, Snickers, Kit-Kat, Starbursts, etc. so now I have a couple of bags of candy leftover.

I do the same in the Winter months when I am off work. I treat myself 365 days a year with FOUR homemade cinnamon buns for breakfast/and German plum cake for dessert. Make them from scratch myself. Only have two addictions....food and of course COINS. Actually, I got rained out, so I am baking up 90 cinnamon buns this afternoon.

Wow! That's incredible. You must lead quite the active lifestyle to continuously consume, and burn, a large number of calories. Those look sooo tasty! :D

Ended up getting some caramel chocolate chunk cookies instead of Caramilk and enjoyed a few with a nice glass of fresh hot coffee to celebrate Halloween and usher in the start of the great month of November.

    Here's a more fitting Emperor:

    Great coin!
I am in lawncare, so I walk about 300 K a week/ esp. in Summer months when I go 95+ hrs a week. This month I will be working govt. hrs/ since it will be dark at 5:00PM. I find working only 10 hrs X 7 is child'splay.....
Well, at least I have spare time for fun activities.

That's inspiring. And 10 hours a day 7 days a week is much more than the usual 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I can learn a thing from that. :)

I remember when the US President stated that the human body only has so much energy, and that one had to be carefull not to over work/ exercise one's body. If that theory were true, I would have run out of energy by the time I was thirty;) My theory is the opposite, your body loves to be worked hard, its a win win....you feel much better about yourself/ look great/ make lots of $$$ to spend on coins......and can eat whatever you crave.
