    Not picking on you. Just letting you know proof coins were minted in Philadelphia until 1968 when San Francisco started producing them. TPGers are tough on 1938 D Buffalos so I'll guess MS 65

    There are a lot of these out there and the prices are all over the place. Auction prices this year run from $50 to $90.
