I know my pictures are not great, but this one is challenging me...so, thought I would let the CoinTalkers have at it.
I'd say that one is in the running. I'm thinking the first leg on the M is a little too far from the scroll....
Sorry I'm late to the party on an 1827. I've been without power since Monday due to an ice storm. Messydesk is right. It is 121, a R-3 (scarce) die marriage. Date is a wide 8 1/2mm. and medium low, top of 2 is slightly lower than 187. All stars are large, star 1 is usually flat and it is 1 1/2 mm. from drapery. Other stars are relatively sharp. (At least until die erosion spreads the points out like on this one) Reverse- 50 C. is a close 3/4 mm., with a large C and short curved top on 5. Arrowheads are large and the upper one is solidly attached to base of A.
Thanks for the replies. Now I can label it. Purchased on Ebay for $47.02. I think I had a bunch of "just make sure it don't go to cheap" bids on and this was the result. Not a super exciting coin but I'm happy to add it to my bust half stash.
