I just saw your Cent. That's a damaged mint mark. Plating issue caused zinc rot.. Sorry but my bubble has not been busted at all. Better luck next time! Peace!

That's not a severe mint error. It's just a Die Deterioration issue. Copper plated zinc cents have that appearance when struck by a worn die. Nothing major. Mr. Ed Specializing in collecting Mint Errors since 1985
