    Bill is a close friend of mine, I bought two lowball commem halves from him that he didn't put on stacks. Cool to see his lowball set circulating around; thanks for sharing.

    Although those coins are awful, there’s something to be said about a coin getting that worn and not be details.

    Probably someone's pocket piece. That's how these coins are often made. Many times it's not from getting used in circulation

    I think the 1818 Capped Bust quarter looks overgraded.:)

    I first met Bill in 2006 when I was 9 years old. We’ve been good friends ever since. I saw his WWTS while he was putting it together, so I will be sure to try and win at least one coin from his collection
