This is for those of you who have asked to see my coin collection... this is a small portion of it and I hope this doesn’t confused anybody.

Get those in holders!! Cheap things they are and you'll prevent yourself from fingerprinting them and dropping them.

Was thinking the same! Turn all of those in at the credit union (they'll appreciate it), and use the money on a nicer coin. you'll have more enjoyment in having a nicer quality coin rather than a few zincolns.

Well... I got all of those quarters from my grandfather and my mom won't let me get rid of them... so might as well keep collecting them... but yeah... I'll get rid of the zincolns and dimes

Also... some of the Zincolns are Birthdate coins

You dont have to. It's your collection, but because I got rid of my rather crappy recent coins I have the means to pursue thalers, or sestertii if I want to. My taste is better now.

I respect my mom... I can't get rid of them... I have $20 worth of quarters I can't get rid of to buy newer, better coins...

Then don't do it!! If they are sentimental to you that's fine. I have a few coins like that too but they have come from generations before me.

TBH... it doesn't have much sentimental value... He's not dead... they were coins I asked for and now I have different interests

Most of them look like common change coins worth F.V and will not be worth anything more in a while but if thats what you like to collect then continue and I also notice that the more valuable coins are in the plastics flips they should be in the cardboard 2×2 not the modern coins and also do you crimp down the staples?it provides better protection.

I didn't put those in the 2x2's and the 1 flip is how I received the coin... it doesn't have PVC

I have a collection of coins just from circulation besides the coins I buy. My kids and grandkids have folders that they are filling from circulation. It's not always about the value. I get a lot of satisfaction when I find a coin in circulation that I need for a certain set.
