1979 Quarter Obverse Die Clash?

Got this quarter in a customer roll and i'm sure i see a die clash...as always love input from others just not sure the other image i see seems like the Rev eagle but maybe not...would love your help on this coin...always appreciate the knowledge of the rest of the community...Thanks for stopping on this thread and as always....Happy Hunting...also i got my USB microscope going again so hopefully the pics are a bit better.

That looks more like a stain. Not a clash IMHO

 

A Die Clash usually only show in the Field of a coin and not on the design relief.

No. That would be Environmental Toning to the clad. Nothing at all to do with a clash.
