    Hey, I found this in change two days ago, it has to be pretty rare. 1974 d penny mule Clashed and flipped over in collar and 30 percent mirrored brockage, wow!

    MU Caliri, I don't think you will get much feedback from a video in hand, it shakes too much. Photos of it on a flat surface would be needed . It looks like a substance ( glue) was put on and used as a media to hold the image. It looks like someone tried to make an oddity. Larger , flat photos of both side would be better. IMO, Jim

    That's just glue residue on the coin. It was stuck to a dime, the dime came off, and left that incuse, mirrored impression... in the glue. You can plainly see the glue there, even though the video isn't that clear overall. The Kennedy half in the video does look potentially interesting, from what little I saw of it. (Potentially interesting to someone else, perhaps. Modern errors aren't my thing.)

    This is just an ugly old coin that doesn't fit.

    There should be a raised area (from die sinking) where this has a protected area on the reverse (Die State V) and I can't figure it out.

    Maybe an early die state with a massive planchet flaw with top layer pealing away from (UNI)TED STAT(ES)? I can't wait to see it in the copper.

    Oh, and I also want to see if it's an edge of 93 or edge of 94.

    This is truly a numismatic mystery.

    @beaver96
    Thanks. I'll slow down a bit now as the holidays approach.
    Not for financial reasons but due to shipping during that time of the year.

    I agree with this. (Except for the spelling of "peeling". "Pealing" is the ringing of bells).

    Looks like a planchet flaw to me, though I'm no expert. Interesting coin indeed.

    The pealing of the bell began the process of peeling away the upper layer of the bell.
