    That coin, if real, is polished and mounted as jewelry. Thus numismatic value is greatly compromised, at the least. Not a good deal IMO.

    That's not the point. The coin is obviously ruined. Save your money for a better coin ;)

    Mel Fischer proiducts are typically priced at double, or more, of what they are actually worth. You, never, ever, want to buy one of those.

    Indeed...someone has to pay for all the offshore operations....

    I would not touch that with a 50 ft pole!
