Hi guy and girls im new to this forum but have been seriously collecting for roughly 3 years now and before kept up to date with what is out there. I havent really had chance to collaborate with other collecters however so ive just been trying to document some of what ive found for myself. In doing so I came across this Bicentennial Washington Quarter I found a while back. The question whats it worth?

Sorry, I don't see it, but welcome to CT. Wait for other answers, but to me it is what is called a "spender".

Welcome to Coin Talk. IMO it's damaged. Worth face value.

    Sorry for the pun, but...
    No way, Way.
The indentation you’re referring to happened after the coin left the mint. So, to answer your question: numismatically, it’s only worth face value.
You’ve heard from many here that share the same opinion.
Drop this one back in the coin jar and keep looking.
    Good luck in your hunt.

I just found another one with the lower half of the E I am now 100% convinced. Not to mention now with 3 specimines showing simular characteristics I have definitive proof. Im disabled from an accident and waiting to go to court over it and have a lot of time on my hands to look at coins and its really all I can do. However im a very intelligent individual I know exactly what I'm looking at. I'm sending all three specimens off and will inform you as soon as I know the results.

What you are seeing is just damage. 400X is worthless for coins.
