Hello good morning everyone. I got 1974 d penny lamination error in between 9 to 10 o’clock. Not sure the reverse if it’s a lamination I need little opinion my eyes bleeding reading and searching lol ... thank you so much guys mwah ...

Not sure about the obverse but you do have a die clash 3rd bay reverse.
