NYC Coin Show this week

I know that a thread was started about the NYC International Show this week.

But, as usual, I can't find it.

So, lets help me out, who is going?

And when do you plan to go?

I will probably try to go on Friday.

I got the half price ticket in October or something like that. I will do what I always do. take out two hundred bucks, go friday and spend the whole wad before going home and forgetting about it again for another year.

I'd love to go, but alas, I have to go to the inlaws for a belated Christmas.

Otherwise I'd be there. What is that, about a 2 1/2 hour drive from DesMoines?

 

I'm for Sunday also because..well..Shabbos is a bit busy for my kids. Although I might make it myself on multiple days. We should get together for dinner, and a few drinks.

I dunno, a pound of bacon and some toast at the tick tock diner at 34th and 9th ave. That's dinner any time of the day.

There are very few decent places to get that anymore in Manhattan.

Actually, thinking about it we should meet at Grand Central Station before or aftetr the show. They have good Pastrami and Mendy's, and it is near the Waldoff.
