Well... Let's just say... In the spirit of the thread...

 

Dang... that’s insane... I wish I had better, rarer coins.

 

Mine are common silver coins... as well as common foreign coins.

 

That's why coin collecting is so awesome. I been collecting fifty years. The coins I own now are the coins I dreamed of as a kid. And now I dream of better coins!

 

My “rarest” coin is the 1922 AU-64 Peace Dollar

 

My dad said he has coins I’ve never seen but he said he’ll show me in the near future

 

I collect these difficult to find Peace Dollars. They do run some serious coin though . . .

This is one of my nicest. Almost killed my checkbook.

That is a pretty spanking nice coin for a fellow of sixteen!! My sixteen year old collection consisted of worn slick V-nickels and indian head cent slugs.
