    My experience with these 60's toned proof Jeffs is that the TPGs are very punitive of spotting. I have sent in coins that I thought would pull PR68 and gotten back PR66. The grade really isn't that important anyway since the color drives the price, I say PR64.

    It is not a great picture. I took it in the evening. The coin has really nice pastel toning on both sides. Really glows. Not quite like your monster Jefferson, but really nice colors.
