MS 64 ...fields look clean but the cheek has some grazes ...the reverse looks PL but the obverse appears like it just misses (although it might be the angle of the photo)
Don't bother looking at this guess using my "Making The Grade book" MS 63 because marks are lighter and less concentrated but not disfiguring.. maybe..
When PCGS puts PL behind number.... Does it make the coin worth more with that designation? instead of a plain MS 64
Absolutely. PL coins can be worth 3-10 times more than the same grade that is not Prooflike. DMPL coins (Deep Mirror Prooflike) can be worth 5-20 times more than the same date/grade, depending on grade and rarity.
