I got 3 star notes this week in decent shape which was cool because i rarely ever see them i had 2 since i started looking years ago then to get 3 in one week is kind of crazy, And though its not worth anything there still fun to find. 20200926_100238.jpg

Nice. I personally keep all star notes I come across. Always in circulation, never purchased, I might add. Here is my favorite.

I have at least one thousand one dollar star notes. Some ask why? I kustvtell them that its only a dollar and setting them aside, well who's going to miss a dollar here and there? A wonderful addition.

Last week I found 51 $1 star notes in circulation. Series ranged from 1999, 2003A, 2006 all the way to 2017. From this batch I set aside around 10 and used the rest at a casino today. Likewise on the same casino visit I found a $5 2013 MB-* and a $20 2009 JF-*.

Those are some very nice and desirable finds. I would put their value on the low end of $400 if sold together as a group and the high end of around $70 each if sold individually.

The latter would take some work on your part if you wanted to realize their fullest potential as you'd not want to saturate the market. If you offered them on eBay (for example) I'd stagger the timing of when you listed and sold them.

I have seven H series consecutive star notes from 2013. Thought I would share, they are in pretty good condition.

Yea, I did but it only goes back to 1981 . I have a 1934 $20 Star Note in VF condition . How much for that one ?

Oh yea, some of the Star notes are worth a lot more than face value . A filled in star is a premium item. Also fancy numbers, low numbers and I even saw a double printed star note ( 2 Notes, same serial Number )!
