What it is is a damaged greaser.

 

What damage? Everything on that coin is from the mint. There is no PMD is all I am trying to say.

 

Th OP’s coin shows polish lines from cleaning, DDD and split plate doubling especially in Trust. Could this also be from: ?

I think error-ref calls it "struck through die fill". I'm not sure of the "proper" term BUT OP's coin is not PMD.

 

I checked several including yours. I'm just not sure. We could all learn if Fred responded.
