Sole weird stuff going on with this coin. first off my least worry is the bulge on the obverse. I assume it's called common to see but why does it happen? Next the reverse punched F on the obverse. Could've been someone stupid over the years but I wanted to check because my last one is just by it. There seems to be extra lettering maybe doubling around the V in V DELI. To me it looks like an older coin pal can't was used to have these.
It could be a die clash, as @hotwheelsearl suggested, but I'm not so sure. Alternately, it could also be a "vise job" (a coin that was somehow smashed or squeezed against another coin as a result of great pressure). In this case, I'm not so sure which is the case. Perhaps someone else will know. It's certainly interesting.

The F looks like some type of PMD. There is damage at 3 o'clock on the reverse at NNY in line with the F.
Thanks for the help so far guys, phased out most of my questions. One more, anyone know what this is? Looks like an H is in between the S and the V, and maybe a W in between the V and the D.
Those raised devices between the S and the V are indicative of a die clash. Die clash elements should be backwards mirrored on the opposite side of the coin. Incuse elements that aren't present in the exact same place on the opposite side of the coin are always after mint modifications. I'm not seeing anything on the reverse of that coin that would raise that element between the V and S on the obverse. A real puzzler. Z
