I found a site with very good prices on coins... It's called "usstatequarters". I've never seen or heard of it before, but prices on coins are great... Possibly too great. I just wanted to see if anyone has bought/had experience with this site before, and if it is legit. Prices aren't too far out of range, but I just wanted to make sure before buying anything.

Histman Too Many Coins, Not Enough Time!

Yes, I have purchased items from them in the past. I haven't had any issues with them. Not sure about anybody else.

I've purchased from them before, in my experience they are totally unresponsive to emails (gmail account only way to contact them), it took a longer than reasonable time to ship after taking payment, and misrepresented the item.

in 2019 I bought 10 rolls of 2019-D quarters from them, their website said "guaranteed unsearched, could contain W quarters" on the item back then,

I went through the 10 rolls and not a single W, and about a week later they had it still listed like that and started selling the Ws for $35 each. And still claiming they didn't presearch the rolls and take them out.

Now they no longer claim that it's unsearched, and just sell the rolls and the Ws separately.

All in all left a bad taste in my mouth over the whole thing, I think I should have gotten 1 minimum with 500 coins, especially considering that design was "W Heavy" with Lowell and AMP Ws in the rolls, $500 boxes normally has 20-60 W quarters in them then. I searched a couple of the boxes also and found my share.
That said I got what I paid for, 10 rolls of D mintmark American Memorial Park quarters.

after a month wait and a dozen unanswered emails on what the holdup was. that's how long it took and they never responded to any email I sent to the email address listed on their "contact us" on their website.

The quarter rolls were $14.95 then, I figured worth the gamble for $5 over face and free shipping.
They raised them to $18.95 this year. And no longer claim they are unsearched or could contain W mintmark quarters. I figured for

Up to you. I'd only go to them again for the S mint uncirculated coins or NIFCs, and thats only if there isn't a cheaper way to do it, and be willing to wait 10x longer than what they say it will take on the website.

I found their site by looking up wheat pennies, so they have more than just state quarters. I don't care how long it takes to ship as long as it gets here. But if I order a single coin, and they tell me exactly what I will be getting, I should get that coin, right? I'm not going to be going through rolls. I've had plenty of experience with rolls on eBay.

if you order a single coin, you will eventually get that coin you ordered. I would note they use Photograde in their determining of the grade, and they determine what it grades themselves. For a single coin they will charge you about $7 for USPS standard shipping, and likely $9 if you want insurance on it (depends on value but lets say a $100.00 coin) they do have a $149 or more ships free offer, just know that that isn't insured, it's standard USPS

grading is subjective and an opinion when not in a slab, even in a slab it's an opinion but it's a3rd party opinion they have no skin in the game, you may get the coin and not agree with the grade they determined it to be, in which case....
I can't say what their customer service is like because I've never managed to speak to anyone trying it. honestly I think it's like one dude with a web page working out of his house as a side gig.

I'm also just going to say you should read their return policy on the website and make sure you know the rules before making a purchase in case you do decide to return it, they have a CYA policy. like this little gem:

"All coins returned must be in the original packaging. Any coins that have been removed from their respective holders or are returned after the 14-day period may not be accepted for return or, at our discretion, may be issued store credit for face value only."

Up to you of course. Just letting you know.

I recently bought eight BU quarters 1961-1964 (Phil & Denver) from Mount Vernon Coin Company. I just compared prices on those to the same ones on USStateQuarters, figuring AU was the closest to BU. Total cost from MVCC came out to $62.95 including standard shipping. From USStateQuarters it would have been $84.59 with standard shipping. It took about a week and a half to get the coins, individually packaged in flips, and I feel I got what I ordered. So you might check out MVCC too.

I also bought a large set of uncirculated quarters from CollecTons and was happy with the price and service - so check them too! And if you need supplies, check GuardHouseHolders.com.

After reading that others have used them, I just placed an order for a proof set at usstatequarters, to complete a collection. I'll report back what happens.

Got my order 11/7. It was shipped on 11/1, ordered on 10/25. One of the coins in the proof set has a smudge on it.
