    Looks like it used to be a nice near fully struck drum before it circulated, but it's missing the tops of the drum ribs the clips, I the front center so not fully struck,.. 80-90% I'd call it. Your left 2 are good the right one is ok. The two in the middle are incomplete.

    Fully struck drum is more like this.

    No, but my gf when I was 28 could run a rack of 8 ball. She took me to a pool hall on our first date. Couldn’t believe that I could really play on a 9’ table. She soon learned

    A rack of 8-Ball is nothing. Try running 125-and-out in Straight Pool about 1,000 times.
