Purchased this most recently. Any Thoughts? It doesn't stick out like a proof to me. Sorry about the crappy pic's, I was playing with the artificial/flourescent settings on my camera. Taking pic's of a slabbed coin is tough. I'll try again in the AM.

Very nice Harry! I've always wanted a proof IHC or early Lincoln.

I'll have to dig thru my " non cents " ( Lincoln ) box......I have a gang of Indian proofs as well.
Your coin looks proof to me...........

Nice coin. Is that mechanical doubling on the obverse?

The proof Indian pics are in lala land, like my pics of the 21-S from NY. I will find them eventually, just not tonight.

I have showed Mag a cpl of my proof Indians, they DO exsist, lol

I belive it may considered "longacre doubling" in IHC's and other coins designed by Longacre.

I visit lala land often, maybe I'll find your proofs next time I go there.

Harry, Proof IHC's usually have a very different look than their MS counterparts. I find them easy to differentiate, not at all like the matte proof Lincolns. Now they are tough.
