2011 D Roosevelt Dime-Rim Error and Toning Question??

    Hi guys and girls,

    I have this 2011 D Roosevelt dime and noticed that the toning on the Obverse is matt silver while the toning on the back is normal shiny silver color. Why is this? Is this an error?

    Also I noticed on the reverse that the left side of the rim is not smooth, is this considered a railroad rim?

    That looks like a Collar Clash. Minor Mint Error.

    The toning is normal.
