The 6 2's is close. But you need 7 or 8. Unless the 6's are arranged at certain points where you can read the same number back and forth, and other positions to make bookends and radar, etc. The 0's and 9's are nice, plus it's a red seal. Generally those in circulated condition like yours aren't worth more than $3. But that one has some cache because of the serial.
