But I think I'm going to have to stop replying to Isaiah becase, A. I'm going to get my hands slapped by a mod for getting off topic or possibly making fun of him and B. Whats the point, really?
This guy is either A. Never going to learn anything, always think he is smarter than everyone else and keep wasting money on Chinese fakes, or B. And more likely, his whole purpose here is to stir the pot and try to aggravate people.

I have not yet been proven wrong, although I respect our differences. Also, it's not money wasted if it's spent on coins from china, it's money well spent. Also, I do not try and aggravat people, last time I checked, individuality was not a crime. Buddha would not be happy...

You have failed to make any claim to your theory. You read a book on it good for you, and you posted a pic of a proof coin that I'm supposed to compare my fine at best coin to.

I supposed you stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night so now your expert at counterfeits.

My understanding is they didn't make proofs of this particular coin...only business strikes and it came in 2 varieties...period and no period. Am I mistaken?

Also, do you know what the mintage of this coin is, I have never been able to find it?

Yes. No proof were made of this issue. I posted an uncirculated coin. Also, I am uncertain of the mintage, but I'll look for you and if I find it, I'll post it.

 

SGS is crap send it to NGC then I will believe you.

 

I know SGS is horrible, but their much cheaper than a decent grader. Maybe I'll send it to PCI for $2 more.

 

I don't think PCI will suffice either. Send it to PCGS or NGC and if it comes back slabbed we'll all admit we were wrong.
