    Welcome to Coin Talk. Sorry, I can't help as I don't collect ancients. I think if you posted this in the Ancient Coins forum you'd get more replies.

    I concur. It is a relatively modern cast replica intended to represent an ancient coin. It might be an old tourist fake, but not ancient. It's definitely a fake, I'm afraid.
