Here is some silver that was posted in the linked thread and should be under spot after the coupon: https://www.ebay.com/itm/143713813501 https://www.ebay.com/itm/143713811220 https://www.ebay.com/itm/143713831198
I believe all the feedback stays but the feedback score is only calculated from a set timeframe. edit: it might be the % positive that is only based on the last year while the score shouldn’t ever be lowered (outside of getting a negative).
I found the email in my messages yesterday. They say I have been a member since 1999 and made my first purchase in 2002 and my first sale in 2005. They are missing a lot of information. I started buying coins immediately after signing up in 1999 from a seller named "Bunpop" (long since gone, but he always had great coins at great prices). I found a nice PSA 6 Three Stooges 1959 card at the right price and after using the coupon, I had to pay 6 dollars and change for the remaining balance, tax and shipping. A very nice present from ebay.
I was offered the Ebay coupon, one has to be "invited" by Ebay to receive it. Unfortunately one can not use the $25 coupon to purchase coins or currency, which was disappointing to read in their terms and conditions. So I successfully used the coupon to buy an herbicide to use on my lawn.
Everyone who benefited - why don't you all go to the post of the original message on this thread and "Like" his/her post?
I'm sorry to see here that you can't use it in coin purchases because that's pretty much all I've been interested in.
I posted a few links to coins that are in other categories (which allows for the coupon to work). If you or anyone is looking for anything in particular, please send me a message and I'll see if I can help locate it.
There's lots of other stuff you can get on eBay - personal care items, household supplies, hardware store items, office supplies, home electronics, etc.
That's true too. However, I like the thrill of finding the handful of coins that do qualify based on being in a category like collectibles or antiques. A few years ago there was a different coupon that did work for me and I was able to find some bullion under melt (and later converted that into a coin that I did want).
just buy office supplies, or cleaning products, you can always use that!! 25.00 is 25.00, after all!!
It will work on the coins that aren't listed in the coins category. For example, these items listed in collectibles will work: https://www.ebay.com/itm/143713813501 https://www.ebay.com/itm/143716228317
I tried using to order some cardboard shipping boxes. Didn't work for me. Tried using it on some pistol grips. Still didn't work.
