Must be blindgblind not to see the green stuff across the little guy.could be a stamp.On top of that,it's real poor in grade.

 

That would be ink from a bank teller stamp.

I think the OP forgot to pay his "spell checker" bill . . . . . .

 

It's damaged by a tellers stamp from a bank. It's worth one dollar.

 

It's a lovely item with a long working career.
Someone must collect notes with bank-teller stamps.
Surely there are interesting hand-stamps by banks... and "advertisers".
CSA notes often have hand-stamps on the reverse [back].
Where to find a catalog to avoid fantasies?
