The article tries to make a connection between the 11 (which happens to stand for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas that issued the bill) and November (which is the month Kennedy was killed in Dallas) and between the 'K' (which is the letter representation for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas - K is the 11th letter of the alphabet) and Kennedy.
