All I see is a heavily worn 1923 Lincoln Cent.

I'm not willing to go that far. That seller's been running through a lot of heavily worn and/or damaged wheats. She may well believe the date is there.

At least she hasn't been claiming invisible VDBs on the 1909-S examples she's sold...

Giving the benefit of the doubt, it could be a listing error. Wrong title / pics, wrong listing.

I'm sure potential bidders will question it, one would hope.

Either way, PayPal is exceedingly buyer friendly. If someone gets something other than what was listed, PayPal gives the buyers money back, very few questions asked.

    $24 for that......that’s a $15 coin IF it was a 24d

So you have seen the exact seller. Yes she has alot of very worn pennies.
I also see a 1923 with no sign of a mint mark.
Looking at the other coins on the sight they seem dated correct. I'm thinking on this one she is trying to slip one past us? It is so bad and barely visible and at $24?

Or she's taking cents out of an album and listing them as found, even if the date is questionable. "The guy who put this album together must have had better eyesight than me."

I remember buying a partially-filled album of SLQs from eBay. It was amazing how the previous owner could make out key dates on quarters where I couldn't see any sign of a date at all. Fortunately, I was in it below melt.

Didn't visit the listing or see that narrative. Is it the same on all listed coins?

    If not, that's telling.

No, no, that was strictly my imagining what she might have been thinking.

Zoid, i'm not sure if this is what your asking?
Her listings does have some nicer coins and paper bills but the pricing is all over the place and confusing.

I can't read the entire date due to the wear and the slight angle of the coin. I'd avoid completely.
