It's called a Crappy Zincoln. Please complain to your Congressional representatives, and ask that they stop making them.
I'm sure you probably already know this, but for the sake of other new members, late in 1982 the mint changed from using a copper alloy to a zinc base with a very thin layer of copper plating it. This causes MANY abnormalities and a short lived coin, so your coin is a good example of this bad coin. I agree with @cpm9ball 100% on this.
