    I knew Beverly loved me, but she went a little overboard today with her present for my 91st!

    First, I will sneak up for a quick view from the rear ……………

    British Celtic silver coin, minted by the Corieltavi tribe
    ABC 1938; Van Arsdell 914, 15.27 mm, .99 gram, 15-40 AD

    Obverse depiction: none (plain surface).

    Reverse depiction: stylized horse galloping left.
    Inscription: AVN above, [CO] below (Aun Cost - Corieltavi king)

    Provenance: Ex. Chris Rudd List 101 (September 2008), lot 40.

    The Ferrari belongs to a good friend of mine who hosted my birthday party and took me for a great, fast, ride in his other car, a Porsche 911 (I couldn’t fit in the Farrari!)

    VERY nice Celtic from a great provenance, given by an AWESOME WOMAN!

    I believe SHE deserves PROVENANCE on that Coin, also!!!

    My doorman at my flat in London had a beautiful green (like the picture) Jaguar that he would polish every day while singing "If I had a hammer". His name was Albert and he had a mouth that would make a sailor blush. Great guy.
