2014 P Nickel Design Creep

Is this what is known as design creep?? I actually got this back in change today.. I always check my change.. lol.. It still has a faint rim.. Its not shiny at all.. and the eyes stand out.. has cuts all over the face..

Okay.. I had actually read a couple of articles before I posted it.. I realized it had a rim and the letters were not falling off.. But the way the eyes stand out and the cuts are in the right places.. Thanks for the replies..

 

I'll admit, it is creepy looking butbtge way old Jefferson looks at you is even creepier. Lol

I, the discoverer, have photos in my listing on ebay and Mercari. One photo shows design creep next to the standard monkey. It's a reverse face error.
