if he has the coin i can almost guanrentee you show up alone, he willl have 5 buddies there to rob you, cause no one in there right mind is going to meet up at someones apartment in that area, with that amount of cash, or it could be a fake coin, i just dont see anything good coming from that listing, lol

Some scams on Craig's list are in the news in Connecticut right now.

Some unscrupulous people have been renting apartments and advertising on Craig’s List. The victim provides the cash deposit or wires the money only to find that they were not dealing with the owner and the apartment is really not available.

Last month someone commented on a radio station that you could get a girl for a date in Connecticut on Craig’s list. Keep in mind that the police and District Attorney also listen to the radio on their way to work. Within a week there was a big sting operation in the news.
