It's a 2009 $1.00 PCGS MS-66 missing the edge lettering. Easy to see it's not there in a PCGS case but not so with others.

Your should see my collection. I'm still opening packages from 10 years ago. It's nice being retired as I can in joy what I purchased and forgot about. Working 70 plus hours a week was insane.

I'm fairly ignorant of these things, but isn't the date missing as well?

EDIT: never mind - I see they are dated by the reverse design. Didn't even know these existed . . . . .

If I'm correct the Sacagawea Dollars were dated on the obverse through 2008. Then in 2009 they became the Native American Dollar. They are dated on the edge but each year the reverse design is changed. That how you can date them if it's not on the coin.

I should mention that this was a coin I bought in 2016. At least that was on the invoice but I just opened it 10-14 days ago. It's too much, just too much. At least my wife isn complaining about my packages and coin buying. Lol

As long as my wife lets me enjoy my coins and buy what I want I'm happy.

That is also why the date on the label is in parentheses (2009) Theat indicate the date is 2009 but that it doesn't appear on the coin. Same reason the slabbed ASE's that could only be identified by the strap in the green monster box have the mintmark in (). The coin may be from San Francisco but there is no mintmark on the coin so they have (S).
