    Hi everybody!

I was hoping to get some help identifying this silvered Campgate coin that I've had for a while. The silvering makes it hard to read and photograph the coin but below are a couple pictures that highlight all of the major features.

The obverse reads "CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C" while are the reverse reads "PROVIDEN-TIAE CAESS". The reverse mintmark appears to read SMHB with a dot or pellet to the left of the campgate. The fortress has nine layers of bricks, no doors, two turrets above and on either side with a star center.

For the life of me, I can't find any other examples that share all of these traits. Many are similar but have fewer than nine layers of bricks. It seems that nine is on the higher end of things, there is only one type with nine listed on Wildwinds for Constantine II but it is under a different mint.

I'd really appreciate any guidance or references for this! I doubt I'm sitting on a goldmine here but being unable to find any other examples makes me wonder!

Yours is RIC VII Heraclea 96, which covers SMHA-SMHЄ. You'll find many examples here, including some from the same officina as yours.

The number of brick layers vary. RIC doesn't separate coins out by number of layers.

Okay thank you two for the clarification! I was able to find an example on the linked site that matches mine nearly exactly. Thanks for the help with this!
