    d_lairson Looking for loose change

I found at the bank today a hundred with the serial number 00140100. I know nothing about paper money other than the federal reserve letters on my $2 bills, so I was wondering if this kind of thing is "special" in any way.

With the center and corner folds......buy a nice gift for someone with it.
No real significance to the SN# and the note is rather common.

Thanks for posting an image...and better luck next time around.

I agree, the serial doesn't add any value to this note and with it's condition its not worth anything more than face. I'd let it go.
