I sold my 14 ft jon boat today and the guy who bought it from me handed me 15 $100.00 bills all of which were 1990 Series.

No, but they went straight into my bank. I didn't see anything worth keeping. I hope I didn't hand over some good ones that I didn't know about. I am not much of a bill collector. I just thought it was odd to get all same 1990's. I do have an 85' in my money clip right now though.

 

Whoa, at forst I thought you said $1000 bills. Read this right after the cracker barrel post.

 

I don't think it is that uncommon. I worked at a bank for a year and saw a lot of 1990 $100 notes. $100's don't circulate nearly as much as other bills so they tend to be around for longer.

 

15 of 15 all 1990 $100 notes. That is common? I have handled a lot of $100's and never had 100% same date and series.

I agree. Guys, this isn't the place for this political stuff...images or otherwise. I think that is clearly started in the forum rules. This is a common policy among forums and this is the only one where we are lucky enough to have a special forum just for it. Please use it.
