I wouldn't use this forum for such a message EXCEPT the Contact Us link isn't working.
The login page is wrong, not different, definitely wrong.
The dropdown menus are spilling right into the rest of the page and are unreadable.

Don't know where the problem is.
I've done the "cookies and temp files" thing and ... no change (but I'll try again.)

I figured it out. During some site maintenance, the search page got moved to the forums folder.

If you used to use this URL to come to CT:

    http://www.cointalk.org/search.php?do=getdaily

    then try this one:

    http://www.cointalk.org/forum/search.php?do=getdaily

It may not be the perfect solution, but it does get you to the correct search page.

I am not a mod (at least not on this site) and I don't play one on tv, but this change should help fix the issue you are having.

If I spoke out of turn, I apologise.

    Hope that helps,

    Noodle

I'm having another problem. VERY often now when I go to a new screen (reply to a post, start a new thread, navigate to the next page, perform a search - really anything) I get the "PAGE NOT FOUND" message. This occurs on my home computer as well as on the computer at the library so it appears the problem is on CoinTalk's end. Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

Home page looks empty to me.

And another problem that I'm having (just the last few days) --- when I click on a page number of a thread (say I'm reading Page 2 and I want to go to Page 3) it takes me to the top of the page I am on. Very irritating.

This site has some technical problems that need to be addressed.

Me three. If you look closely, it happens when there are 14 (29, 44, etc.) posts in a thread. There are no posts on the last page, but somehow it thinks there are.

Well, at least we've given the IT people and moderators something different to do.

Delete the current cointalk link from your favorites, google search coin talk and re-add to favorites. Worked for me.

    LOL---thanks :D

I think this is where CT is getting the new address all set up.
For those of you who didn't read your CoinTalk Newsletter, Blanchard and Co. gave CoinTalk a christmas present of the domain name www.cointalk.com!!

Whomever had the cointalk.com rights gave them to Peter. So, he now has that domain. I noticed I had the rebookmark this page today. :D

From what I can see, we are now both - or at least I get the same responce on either.
