    Both. My opinion the coin is PL in anyone's holder. (I dont agree with SEGS opinion of DMPL)[​IMG]

    SEGS coins I consider raw. It looks like a 63 PL.

    the market does consider SEGS raw. Myself I view the coin as MS-62 PL.

    62-63. Same ballpark. I never buy PL uncertified coins—I collect them extensively, and want my judgement vindicated with PL and DPL coins. PCGS or NGC only.
