Here's a Whitman book from 1960. look at the price of a double die was going for then, Eighty bucks in UNC condition ,remember they didn't have a MS grading system then, now the coin goe's for 3,500 RD in Ms60 which is uncirculated condition wow what an investment . I was only a kid ,that was alot of money for a young lad to buy such a coin. Jazzcoins Joe I forgot to say great going Frankie boy congrates
Got me to thinkin' Joe, just pulled out a '73 Red Book.....$385 unc. Wow, but that was soooo much dinero back then.
Do you want to build a time machine green 18 ,and grab some of them and come back an put them on Ebay, whata think.but lets go to 1955 and get them all in MS70 What a killin that would be I first have to ask my wife and get the ok from her and I don't want to leave any dishes in the sink before I go Jazzcoins Joe
I'll buy this. Thanks. If not for this thread I probably wouldn't have found out about this until the year before the world ends (2011). Appreciate life while you can. Happy Holidays.
Congrats Frank!!!! Now thats one book that I'll have to own, without a doubt. I'd like one signed also if its not any trouble.
