Found this Cent in a coin roll it has no 3rd digit in date the Mint mark, the letters LI are barely noticeable the word IN is totally gone no signs of it even being there the rest of the motto is also faded. on the flip side all is fine it has a WAM and a Seriff on FG but really cant tell which coin i have. Unable to see detail closely, but thinking you have 1991. With coin in hand, you can compare to the following information. 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 Lincoln Cent Design Modifications In 1992, Lincoln’s bust had some small modifications. The bow tie had a split end on the lower right corner in 1991, but in 1992 it has a smaller split and a more square appearance. The Adam’s apple was round in 1991 and flat in 1992. In 1992, the indent below the lower lip is more pronounced than in 1991. In 1992 the beard is retooled to bring out more detail than existed in 1991. In 1993, the bow tie no longer shows split ends on the lower right corner, but is now square on both the upper and lower right corners. Additional detail appear to be added to the beard. The indent below the lower lip is less severe. The final style was finished in 1994 and was used for at least the following decade +. View attachment 1161158
