This is the last variety I need for my Classic Head ½¢ set.
It won't straight grade but one this good without the scratches would be pushing $20k.
It goes to PCGS for attribution tomorrow.

Congratulations! It must be very satisfying to have completed the set. Is this the rarest die marriage for 1809-1835?

That's awesome! I've been watching as you slowly completed that set. I have yet to complete any set I have started.

    Did you cherrypick this one?

I think she's very nice and congrats on completing your 1/2 cent variety coin collection.

It along with the two 1811 varieties are the tough ones.

No, it was listed as the C-1 variety.

With one exception I stay away from long sets.
No Barber or Seated Liberty sets by denomination for me.
And sets earlier than Classic Head or Capped Bust are too pricey so I pretty much ignore them.
I want to do sets that I think I can complete.
And I also ignore the 20th century; I just sold off an UNC set of Jefferson nickels.
